Sold/Expired Building packages- Pole Barns, Shops, Garages, Storage buildings-

Just a little introduction, Most on here know me by original screen name Zayne2427. I created another accout to just handle this in the vendor section. Feel free to PM me or the best contact method will be to email me at [email protected] and I will return all calls, quotes, and emails after 5pm.

My brother owns in metal company in cullman al and is a manufacturer of roofing metal and metal building components. He is set up to primarily sell by the truckload to distributors that in turn sell to local contractors and the general public. I have spoken to him and will be taking care of the selling of individual building packages through our other company Smith-Built Structures, LLC.

We can sell in a few different ways and i will be posting a few different building packages as well.
We can sell full pole barn kits that include:
-Treated post. (1 every 10' with our metal trusses)
-metal trusses ( building widths from 12' - 40')
-Roof metal
-color matching screws
Or a complete shop style building that would also include
-side lathe
- roll up doors (x quantity)
- walk through door (x quantity)
- all miscellaneous trim pieces needed
We keep everything in house for post frame buildings including
1x's, 2x's, 4x's, 6x's
We also offer packages on full Red Iron buildings as well.
Packages can be picked up by you and loaded in bundles onto your trailer or we will deliver within 50 miles of 35055 for $150

30x40x12 Enclosed building, Steel Truss, Post Frame, Pole Barn With 10' Lean To On Front. Comes With 1- 10X10 Roll Up Door And 2 Walk In Doors.

Is it pretty much cash and carry or can you do installs. I ask because I'm too lazy and don't have the time to put one up but am looking in the 30x30' range.
