Facebook

FYI: Facebook's new Terms of Service Agreement states that anything you post there is automatically therupon owned by Facebook and Facebook assumes all ownership rights. So they can then use your face in an ad and you can't do anything about it. Or they can sue you if you make money off of something that you posted there.

Just another of the many reasons I don't use any of those facebook / myspace s[h]ites.

I know, chances are slim. But I've posted at least a couple of good 4x4 inventions online in the past. If I had posted them on Facebook they could legally copywrite them, sell them, and sue me if I ever tried to sell them. Granted, you'll probably never see Facebook Offroad open up shop anywhere someday. Just trying to make my point.
