Hello there, I have an NP 205 I clocked completely flat in a rig and I'm trying to come up with a way to get its full oil capacity. I'm sure several here have encountered this and I'm curious to see what your solution was. Is it possible to use the speedo port on the tail housing? Thanks guys

If its a ford case jack up the passenger side. Chevy jack up the drivers side until it looks about normal stance on case.

Not to derail your thread but since you mentioned the speedo I have a question. Is that sealed or should it be capped off if it's not being used?

Edit... there's no way its air tight seal. I disassembled the stock speedo mechanism and left it screwed into the case just to be safe. I probably need to cap it. Trying to visualize the inside of the case and the amount of room given around the rear output gear for the oil to seep through I'm wondering if that's a good way to fill it. I can see it being a slow process though.
