what's up with the front wheel?

I was trying something to see if I could get the correct backspacing by turning it around...I do have some rims ordered that just keep getting put on backorder...just trying idears out

I see that its turned around, but it doesn't look to be a dually hub, looks more like a 3" wheel spacer or something?

it's dually hubs....I have been trying to find a set of SW hubs on the cheap and will eventually get a matching set of rims...for now tho I am just gonna run these
