My Toy, My Toy, My Toy!!!!!

got some stuff done .But did not get it all done.
Needed to clean up, and organize the garage to pull her out.The two preceding days were spent cutting pieces out and fitting the engine mounts.

I had to go back and fix a couple of clearance issues.

But I pulled her out into the sun today.


Thats how the day began Saturday.....

Then I burned a whole bunch of **** in....

Welp.


The long weekend ends with a mostly welded chassis front .I still have to final weld the transfercase crossmember mounts.


I took out the windshield so I can eventually weld the inside cab stuff from the addition. And lets face it, Who knows if another will go in..LOL

As far as "The list" goes, I still have a lot to do. But the major fabrication stuff is done. I think...:haha:

Maximum Free Flow Rate (gph)#1: 55 #2 45
Maximum Pressure Range (psi)#1: 95 #2 100
Minimum Free Flow Rate (gph)#1: 55 #2 45
Minimum Pressure Range (psi)#1: 60 #2 80

They are close enough that I can utilize the 22re fuel pump to run the EJ22.

Pretty stoked about that.

I have to rivet the dash together yet, but am gonna try to go for the less is more technique.I like rivets, but I could see myself getting carried away real quick! :)

I have finally cleaned up the t-case on the outside for the most part.
And will be putting it back together with the shift fork oriented properly this time! :)

I like the dash, did you get all your wireing figured out.
I did!
I am still procrastinating due to being busy,
However, I have an entire 91 legacy harness ready to be coupled with the body.
I have the 1st battery for the system.
I need to make a battery tray,
"I have needsss"
I have bunch to do, but the lists are getting smaller :haha:

Thanks for the visual, but I am retarded. :haha:
I have mostly LED lights so I only am going to relay my Fans, and hella lights.
I can fit them on the back of the panel, but have never REALLY looked at how they work, which ones I need , and how to wire them.

I will be looking into that this evening. Thanks again for the pic!


On a side note , I did get the transfer case cleaned up finally, Got the shift fork turned around, and everything assembled back with assembly lube and Ultra Grey.
So that's ready to go now.

I am going to put the timing belt and covers on the preliminary engine tomorrow.

They are pretty simple to wire. You can see that most of mine have the diagram right on them. Run power from your switch to pin 85 and ground to 86 (you can tie all relay grounds together since it is low current). Run your high current fused power to pin 30 and hook your load to pin 87. Easy peasy.
 
What about on-off-on switches. Those I am assuming require a 5 pin relay?
I have one for heater fans, and one for radiator fans.

:haha: Welp , Got about 20 relays on the way.
I made the dash completely mountable today. It mounts to the original dash mounts and the dash cross bar.
Got the guage panel riveted together.
Swapped intakes, Got the sensors on the engine. The timing belt is done and timing covers are on.

Made and soldered some connectors for the Alternator to the harness.

Aside from needing to rebuild my transmission , build drivelines, get the wiring in the truck, mount lights, build a trans tunnel, and add the locker to the front diff. I am getting pretty close :haha::haha:
And there is a million little things in between all of those.
