Sold/Expired TJ title

Hey everyone, I am in need of a 97-99 TJ title and 2 vin locations. I have an untitled out of state TJ coming in next week, and really want to get this thing streetable. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I wouldn't be apposed to buying a whole tub, but needs to be within reasonable driving distance from Lexington KY. Any help is greatly appreciated!
