Long story short. Broke a radius arm on the front axle. So re-working the suspension to a true three link and going to coilovers. Wheelbase going to be around 106" also upgrading and changing some driveline gearing and mounting type. Gonna be hard to keep my 75% on the top link but will be within an inch or two. First time building a link set-up but most of the hard work is done, ask any questions comments or guidance or make fun of my bucket o **** samurai but i like it and it makes me happy. You wont offend me its okay, i'm not in the sport to make you happy :****:

Caged with DOM in contact points hrew in others.
Gas tank located in rear hatch
Seats with 4point harnesses

New panhard tac'd in. The last panhard hit the top link so we are changing tabs and will have a inch or so of clearance and it also hit the rear of the ram mount so we fixed that also. Will probably have to cut the frame diagonally and box it in for clearance. Bought some 1/4" plate. Will probably rotate ram to locate hoses on the backside of the axle to re-use instead of buying new lines. Will also help keep them out of the way.
May also have to raise the front tube work up. It is sitting at ride height in pictures and will have about 5 1/2 inches uptravel with it where it is now.
Thats why we used the top hole in panhard because its only about 3-4" from axle and we are going to chop it down for more travel.

I guess it's time for some updates. Got it to my house and in the garage,
Had to take the front back apart to fix the front locker paint and finish up the axle and suspension, install the correct heims and spacers, etc... And the picture of my back is from marc's tubing bender. I got into a fight with it and lost. But the locker is now gone and is a welded 3rd member. Stripped and painted the knucles, drive flanges, and calipers blue to match the coilovers.
Oh and when i took the locker out the gear dope was thick and appeared to have water in it but i let it sit for about a week and it never seperated so i think it was just from the metal in the axle that did it, i had a brand new 4 wheeler at work do this. I also noticed that the pinion had been slightly hitting the carrier and needed new bearings so i did that. Also found out i'm gonna have to change the foint driveshaft which is okay cause i hadnt made it yet and also had to cut the crossmember apart and am redoing it.
My nitrogen tank is ready so i gotta go get it and also got all my parts and limit straps from ruffstuff.
Anyhow still got alo left...

Ouch
