Hi there,
I am coming back with a new project.
I've started a big evolution of my own buggy.
Here the buggy :

So, the evolution :
- vortec 5.3
- atlas
- build my own 180 headers
- rear link update
- new cooler
- new fuel tank
- new dash board
- new shifter
- ....

So, the job is started.
First of all, remove a lot of stuff...

Need to cut some tube for the vortec and the atlas...

Now, it's time to rebuild the car :

New dashboard :

New exhaust, still a lot of work :

The 180 headers :

I know that is a strange design, but I like it 8)

Nice job on the headers!

Question it appears that you have two cylinders from the drivers side and two from the passenger side in each header v/s one header for the drivers and one header for the passenger side. hard to tell from the pictures so if i'm off sorry for the derail.

Will that affect your ability to tune the motor and the way the ECM reads rich and lean codes?

I have to say that i am not sure of me on this exhaust !!
My biggest fear is about temperature...
Of it works well, i will look to go to the bench to try to find more power !

Man you do amazing work whisk you were here in the states hell hopefully you can bring ur buggy over here and wheel with us in the future

Hello,
I've seen that I didn't share pics of my buggy in action !

So, hopping you will like them :
