What fuel pump are you guys running on your bouncers and filters? I have a 5.3 stock for now and was looking at the inline pumps. Were are the filters, before the pump and after or just one place or the other. Mounting them close to the tank? I am also building the fuel cell and was wondering if it needs vented? I bought a vented motorcycle fuel cap I was going to use and style it up a little if it will work. Thanks for any help!

If you are building a cell, set it up for an in tank pump. They last much longer.

If you want simple, reliable and extremely functional get the ATL black box setup and their fill plate. That puts the pump in the tank, gives you a trap door sump that works flawlessly and a clean top plate fill neck, cap, bulkheads for the fuel lines, electrical and rollover vent. I guarantee you will be happy with it. I've had that setup in 4 buggies and never had a single issue of pumps overheating, pump failure, fuel starvation or spilling in a rollover.

Jegs has an aeromotive kit now that has everything needed for an intank pump setup. It comes with pump, foam, and the housing that will bolt to the tank, all you do is set the depth for your tank.

Got a link?

I run the Walbro GSL392 with a Russell Fuel Filter after the pump. Pump needs to be as close to the tank as possible as they don't like sucking. Keep the lizards out for a trouble free system.

I get these off eBay.

I run the pump with the 6AN fittings:

I'm running the same Walbro pump john linked above, mounted 6" away from tank and 2" lower from a sumped tank, no issues in a full season of riding.

Thanks for the info guys. JohnG and Somewhiteguy are your tanks vented? I guess what i'm asking is will the vented gas cap work? Thanks

I would suggest a rollover valve and route the hose for it "three sides and down" and use a sealed cap. That way no matter how you land after a rollover it will not leak yet still vent properly.
