May I get a couple dimensions?
Inside of rear door to cabinets in front. (available loading space)
Overall length from center of trailer hitch ball to rear of trailer.
Do you know what the trailer weighs empty?

Ya no problem.
The Available loading space from back door to front cabinets is 25'-6"
The overall length from the center of the ball hitch to back of trailer is 34'-3"
The center of axles from the back of trailer is 11'-3"
The interior clearance from the floor to bottom of light fixtures and A/C is 7'-8"
The interior clearance from wall trim to wall trim is 8'-0"
I'm not sure what the trailer weight is but I'm helping a buddy move in a couple weeks so if it hasn't sold by then I will go scale it.
Here are some pictures I just took while I was out there showing the paint on the tongue (only place on the trailer that looks like this). Another picture shows the remaining stain on the plywood from the leak in 2012. The picture I posted above was during the first rain it was in when I found the leak.
