What would it take other than a twin stick and a line lock and rear disks to get my rig to do this?

Not line locks....they're called cutting brakes. There is a difference.

All you need is a twin-sticked Dana300, Atlas or comparable set up and a cutting brake plumbed to the rear brakes. Simple.:redneck:
