    I've built many axles and you are right about the mix and match. But I have never seen a set that wasnt marked with the lapping number from the factory with an engraver. Are there any markings on the pinion? should a least be a check distance on it.

    I dont have all the stuff you need for the ford swap. Have a set of SRW ford hubs and a set of DRW ford hubs and some brackets but no knuckles.

    Mounting "orbital" valve

    Doesnt matter about the orbital being lower than the res. Just the pump. Mount valve with the fittings up to help with bleeding the air out.
