    ORV park investors needed

    Dale, from a financing perspective, I'm not finding anyone that will do a 501c3 but there may be a large bank that would. We can find some lenders that will finance private parties/consortiums. I'm still looking.

    Dale, Joe Gaylor told me about this thread. I'll look into the financing feasability. I know we can finance up to 40 acres improved but I'll ask around about larger tracts and NFP groups (financing NFP groups might be challenging. There could be seasoning issues) Phil
