toyota (front) solid axle wheel bearings

These. I use craftsman bearing presses to get mine in and a brass punch to get em out. I actually just rebuilt my knuckles on Saturday. You'll need a smaller one for the trunion races and the axle seal, and a larger one for the wheel bearings and seal. The hardest art imo was getting the...

    24v programmer suggestions

I got a Quadzilla Adrenaline. Love it except for I killed my VP-44 because I didn't have a lift pump that could keep up with it:haha::rolleyes: You dont need the monitor with it, just the pod that comes with it to switch power levels. It's adjustable on levels 1-10 and can be fine tuned with...

    Too high egt's?

IIRC the hill right by my house is a 5% grade. I usually run around 950* post turbo on my 24V up it. Has 33x12.5, Quadzilla Adrenaline on PL03, intake, and 4" straight exhaust.

    Leaving it running...

My programmer has a built in turbo timer. I can pull the key from the ignition, lock up, and it will run till the programmer shuts it off. It's supposed to either go 3 minutes or until the EGT's hit 300 but mine will run even after the EGT's hit 300 but wont run for up to 3 minutes. It idles...

    Cherokee interior cage ideas/tips?

It is crash related. He was rear ended 2 years ago iirc. It's not too bad. Hammer it flat and plate?:redneck::haha: I'll try and get some pics of it tonight when we go to the hangar to work on it.

    Cherokee interior cage ideas/tips?

:haha: You Jeep people I swear:flipoff: One of the wheel well bars is already in place, kinda stuck with it. I'm mainly just helping him with his design, in the end it's his cage. He mainly wants it to look good as it won't be a hardcore wheeler for some time. On the wheel well we welded it...

Should I tie this into a huge front bumper stinger?:redneck::flipoff:

    Cherokee interior cage ideas/tips?

The rear legs are bent as well as the cross bars on top. We will probably bend the front ones too, still working out how to do those at this stage. Our bender is pretty shitty and I think it has the wrong die in it because it is kinking the pipes on any major bends. It's not mine so I have no...

    Cherokee interior cage ideas/tips?

Rocker replacement is in the future, just not currently. He's gotta get a new DD before we totally start destroying this thing. I feel dirty working on a Jeep:eeek:

    Cherokee interior cage ideas/tips?

Ok I see what you're getting at. The only problem is cage height. The side bars that go forward are about head level, thats why the front and rear cross bars raise as they go across, to provide head room. I'm thinking we throw another one of those cross bars off the B-pillar. I'll work on...

    Cherokee interior cage ideas/tips?

No I didn't buy a ****ing Jeep:flipoff: My buddy chopped the back off of his 4 door cherokee and we're now in the process of installing a cage. Was looking for pictures, designs, ideas, tips, anything that can help us along the way. This is our first cage build and I know triangulation is...

    Fords PSD vs Dodes Cummins..

I based mine off of what is probably a factual real world number for the programmers. The Quad Adrenaline claims +180hp on the chip with an intake. Add a Fass for $600 and I'm only in $1000. Factor in that my truck is still running at its stock rated HP and I'm at 400hp for $1000. Real world...
