Talking about the washer that someone mite leave between the bushing and the steering arm, I don't know which one ur talking about.

I didn't use the washer on the three that I did, put the front end on jack stand and tighten and turn the knuckle at the same time make sure they have plenty of grease they will seat .

Just stay within the weight that the truck can pull for your safety. I'm a owner operator and get stopped all the time at scale houses and on the road and the laws are alway different and changing depending on your state, so I'm sure you will cross state line and rules are different per state...

Get that rear seperation around 7 like the front and cut down that top link that should help.

The first buggy I built did the same thing I had to relocate the top Heims a lil higher, ur top bars should be shorter than the bottom around 25% depending on mounting locations, ur front looks ok so ur back needs to match the front, I think ur back is the problem.

Upper links look to long and you could use a lil more seperation between mounting points on the frame side.

I have one and it still hard to crank, can a cam be to big for propane 288/296 @ 0.20 with 722 lift

Do ur homework u need a good bit of vacuum to crank a propane motor , I just put a 1000 dollar custom cut roller cam n my big block ford and it does not like to crank, putting the comp cam 270 back n it my loss, stay around a 260 270 duration. Comp cam 4x4 best choice.
