    Agreed, however not by much. I drive a slightly modded 07 Duramax and average 16 mpg in town, 21 on the interstate unloaded, and roughly 10--12 while towing. Diesel costs $3 per gallon, gas guys pay $2. If a gas truck get 14 mpg the cost to operate is still cheaper when you figure in purchase...

    Same way you do for any other insulated wall...through crawl or attic preferably to a interior wall. However its easier than you think on a exterior wall, especially with open cell.

    All it really comes down to is sizing HVAC system properly and controlling humidity. And I do agree, generally speaking the HVAC industry has not quite caught up to the spray foam insulation.

    Check out Case. I bought a 04 40xt model to use while building my house. They have the cummins 4bt engines. Only issues I had were general maintenance related (wheel bearings, etc). It had just over 2000 hours on it when I sold it. Sold it to my buddy and its still doing well...
