    22RE inline fuel pumps

Guess I should clearify that the 3/8 feed is in reference to V8 applications. 1/2 an 8 :haha: can get by with smaller.

    22RE inline fuel pumps

I'm not sure what point your trying to make with that reply? Electric pumps can be used internal or external. And most pumps are used in many different applications. That what the little application button on AZ and rockauto are for. Dual tanks have nothing to do with it.

    22RE inline fuel pumps

No matter what is posted on the web, right or wrong, there will always be exceptions to the rule. If you get by with it like that then that is great. But the electric EFI pumps and most gerotor pumps are designed to be pushers not pullers or lift pumps. So the more you make them work, the...

    6.0 EGR Delete?

Well after looking at the link and reading this thread i can definately say I am a cheap ass. I removed pipe, knocked in the right size steel freeze plug into each side of the joint and just put a few tach welds on the edge for safe keeping. put it back together and called it bypassed.

    22RE inline fuel pumps

The master E2000 mounted at or below the bottom of the tank and as close to the tank as possible will last a long time. I have been running and installing them for 10 yrs without a failure. I run a G3 see thru filter before the pump and anytime the filter loses it air bubble you know it's time...

GM TBI Gurus in Washington State?

Keith, Just follow the same guidelines. If you used an older TBI setup it's all the same. Initial setup procedures can tell you a lot if you follow them and pay attention to what is happening. Oh, and make sure there is nothing connected to the green AC signal wire...yet! And don't connect the...

GM TBI Gurus in Washington State?

OK, you guys woke me up so I'm here!!! That's for the compliments guys. I definately didn't write the book on TBI. I just spent a lot of time learning from others along the way and then shared what I learned. It's been a while since I was on this board. haven't wheeled much since retiring from...

What carb should I put 85 or 86 Jeep Renegade

Exactly!! A carb is only 1/2 as good. Very good point. To be able to wheel you need a pressurized fuel system. Either fuel injection, diesel or propane. A carb is fine on a fire road but will not operate properly at extreme angles or when bumping over ledges that are on any decent trail...

    Another 4.3 TBI Qestion

Verify the map reading with the local baro. I have a scale listed in the parts required FAQ on binderplanet. also verify the tps is reading right thru the whole scale. You say the fuel pressure is good...what is it? A kink in the return line will increase the pressure on the feed side. You can...

    injector?????? tbi 4.3

It would help if you actually did what was sugested. I said to connect a "wire" from pin A to B. Not a light. The wire will set the ECM into aldl mode. Then if your harness has a SES light built in, it should blink. If it doesn't, then in the wiring required in my FAQ's it list pin A5 of the...

    injector?????? tbi 4.3

OK so the IAC-idle air control is not working right. This will either cause a slow idle or a fast idle but should not cause the engine to die. If you read the FAQ's as you said. Then you should have seen the initial setup procedures. That will tell you if the IAC is working. If you twist or...
