Just recently traded blueba for a 88 yj with a 360 amc and its got a four barrel eldebrock carburetor that is horrible on hills. This thing is going to kill us! It runs awesome on level ground but I cant even climb a ditch. Anyone know what to get to convert it? Besides the 1200 dollar Howell kit.

Got a 90 k10 blazer 350 fuel injected, built with 14 bolt rear Detroit locke.r, 3/4 ton front welded. Both with 456 gears. Built front and rear bumpers, and sliders. 10k winch by smitty built. Rocker panels of truck cut 10 ". 36" TSL s with 3" back spaced wheels. A few rough places on sheet...

Yea the solenoid are crap I have disassemble them to try and clean. Then it starts working for a bit. will I need just one of those Ford solenoids or two?

I have to beat it with a hammerto get it to work if it does at all

Tried cleaning the thing but still no luck and smitty built hasn't emailed me back. Any info you'd be greatly appreciated.
