Omak area has cheap land. Most trees were burned up in the big fire. $500-$1000 an acre. Big parcels and not many residences to complain. About 5 hours travel time from the wet side.

I can give the road engineer a ride up in my truck if that is what the hold up is. Do you know his name? Rent me a dozer and I will cut in a new road for free.

I called and talked to the lady at the front desk (360-825-6585 ext 0) and she said May 1st at the soonest. They are waiting for the snow to melt and the engineer is still engineering a road fix.

I heard it will be closed until the road is fixed. Did you call the Ranger Station?
