If I'm not mistaken there are 2 seals in the adapter between case and trans....make sure the seals are in the "correct" way meaning springs facing outwards...I installed mine with the smooth rubber part facing outwards on each side and was told that that was the wrong way.

Google Chromecast at home....cheap ($35) and plugs into HDMI port on tv, connect to it and the laptop to same wifi, and open the live stream in google browser, then it's as simple as clicking a button in the upper righthand corner and it pops up on TV
