    The engine swap all happened a couple years ago. Since then it finally got some 40 spline big bell RCV'S thanks to a buddy hookup. No need for drive slugs with these guys!

    Finally stuck the new engine in and got it tuned and ready to ride. The original setup had the alternator running off the cam. It worked ok, but between the electric fans and electric water pump it couldnt keep up at Idle. So with the new engine, I built some new brackets to mount the alternator...

    Sounds like a solid plan. It looks like you have a good foundation to start with. Whatever you do though, don't forget the seat heaters!

    I like where this is going, you keeping a working A/C system in it? What about suspension, leaf springs or are you doing something using those power wagon suspension bits?
