    Balance beads

I ran BBs for probably 15 years but switched to airsoft when I got new tires about 18 months ago. As mentioned above, the BBs are very noisy when slowing to about 10 mph as they fall down on the top of the rim.

Is a Currie hi pinion scrap metal or do folks still run these

$1k is what I was thinking as well. It would be a good deal for someone that wants to run it as is, though that is probably a small group.

Is a Currie hi pinion scrap metal or do folks still run these

Yes, 8.8 gears in the 9” dropout case. I bought this setup from a guy that ran it in the rear of his Jeep (TJ I think it was). They were not designed to be run in the rear and it causes the teeth to chip. I had the gears replaced by a professional mechanic in the Renegades, a former 4WD club...

Is a Currie hi pinion scrap metal or do folks still run these

So I bought a Currie Ford 9" hi-pinion probably 12 years ago with the intention of building a 609 front axle for my CJ. Life got in the way and this never happened so I am curious if these are still viable for the front axle or not. I know people that tried to run them in the rear and the...

    Welding Gas Tanks

I have heard rumor of folks having trouble, but ToledoDan's experience matches most first hand accounts I have seen. I always read threads about these bottles as my O2 bottle belonged to my grandfather. I am not certain the date on it, but he passed in 1989. I obviously do not use it often.

    ARB plumbing

I've considered switching as I have melted or otherwise damaged many pieces of that blue stuff. It hasn't happened in a while though as I ran as much of it as I could through the frame.

    4.5 Grinders

One Milwaukee that I have had forever and love. Then added a couple of Porter Cable when there was a screaming deal on Garage Journal. They are good. And a Ridgid which vibrates a lot. Not a fan of that one.

Sold/Expired SOLD 2008 Jeep Grand Cherokee CRD Turbo Diesel $6500

It's been a very reliable Jeep. I bought it to tow my CJ, but never did as the club I rode with fell apart and all my buddies sold their Jeeps. I can provide service records, part numbers, and detailed instructions on how to change a glow plug, fuel filter, etc.

Plus 1 for 21 Road. Big rocks and lots of them. Way different from Moab but I am a huge fan of both. 21 Road is probably better than Moab for the buggy types that don’t do well on the street. It is tough to avoid the roads in Moab.
