97 jeep 5.2l intake manifold gasket replace
The belly pan is steel and the manifold is aluminum, they expand at different rates and pretty much every magnum V8 will have this gasket blown. Hughes sells an aluminum plate to replace it. And yeah replace that bypass hose while you're there.- HahnsB2

It's common practice, wont hurt anything. No idea why they attacked 3 teeth in that picture though, should only have to do 2 at most.. With a C-clip axle you can also use a notched cross-pin but it's a pain in the ass and they are weak. With 4.56 and numerically higher gears. Hears my 8.8 with...- HahnsB2
