What's eveyone using to protect their eyes? Just got some metal removed and I was wearing a full face sheild. Figure somebody's got something better.

took it apart and a missing c-clip on the reverse plunger cause everything to jam.

Took my 72 bronco out for drive after sitting for a while. Drove and ran fine then when I put into 1st and it won't come out? Tried popping the clutch, feathering it everything to change the load and no dice. Any ideas before I pull eveything out to take it apart?

Got the carb out last night and looks like a clogged jet, but it got late and ran out of energy and carb cleaner. I'll get it back together tonight and it should be ok. HOS I'll give you something to start.:flipoff:

Not low on oil and I did remove the float bowl to check for water and see if it was full of scum from the ethanol. No water and clean fuel bowl. Going to pick up a new spark plug and try and get the carb off to see if something small got in there.

I have a 2000 watt generator from Costco with a Yamaha motor. Started it a couple of weeks ago and everything was fine. Now the dam thing won't start. Dumped the gas and started with fresh gas, but nothing. Checked to make sure that I'm getting gas at the carb, have spark, but still nothing...

I'll be there on Saturday with my son to help.

Do you need to fill out anything prior to showing up? Is there an age limit?

It's been broke into a work, gym, and now at home so neighborhood isn't the problem. I'll be going out this weekend to look at alarms.

I generally don't leave anything in the truck because of past breakins. They got a couple of cd's and an old sirius remote. Probably $40 worth of crap.:rolleyes:

So for the 4th time since I've owned my truck I was broken into using the old screwdriver in the lock method. :mad: I did the Jimmie Jammers after the first break in and well that was a nice try, but didn't stop them. I don't have an alarm and not sure that would help since the truck sits in...

What's the best way to flush this thing? Searching has come up with sucking it out of the reservoir and refilling several times? This seems like a waste of good fluid. Can I just disconnect one of the lines to the cooler and drain it that way? I can see those lines and may actually be able to...

The noise is a squeaking noise and appears to be coming from the rack and not the pump. Fluid is old so maybe I'll start with a flush and see.

Wife's 2002 ford escape started making noise yesterday when turning the steering wheel. Checked fluid and its full. Noise only happens when turning from a stopped position and doesn't seem to do it at speed. the noise seems to be coming from the lower in the car and not at the pump. Tried...
