I built a shop/apartment on my family's land. It's 35x40 with 10 foot walls. The apartment is 650sq ft and the shop is 750 sq ft. It's just me, so it's perfect for me. It's nicer than any apartment I had in the past. The only thing I would change is the taller sidewalls like you are wanting.

I will say Jon had a few people talking to him about buying it at the SRRS finals. He said several times that he wouldn't feel right selling it know how bad it was messed up. That was before he found all the latest problems. That says something about the man for sure.

I'm glad it's going to get some tlc. I sure hope you get it right man. It's complete Bullshit that several people have had the same problems from the same shop.

He's still on the factory shafts. He's got Ouverson 16 splines for the rear, when he breaks the factory shafts.

I don't think the plasma would be a big problem. I'm thinking it's something with the air. Both of them for $300 is cheap.

I got a chance to buy both a miller econotig and a hypertherm powermax 1000 g3 for $300. They both have issues. Will they be cheap fixes or do I need to avoid them? The miller will work on the dc side but not ac. The plasma will run but it won't blow through the material.
