I've been debating this for months myself. My only issue with the tablet is I'd like to monitor steering fluid temp and trans temp and I don't see a way to add on sensors with a tablet. I could live without steering temp but I have too much $$$ invested to burn up my trans..

Thanks for the info everybody. Looks like I have found a new motor accidentally. I found a '12 6.0 low miles so the 5.3 is gone. I guess long run I can swap cases easily enough once I get it moving but for the money I couldn't pass up the case.
