Yes. Powder coated black. They are not the stock inner fenders. Bought all as one piece. I've done no cutting/welding on these.

Yes, it's all one solid piece not unlike the factory ones.

Not sure of the brand but they are heavy duty. Had them on my Jeep a couple of years. No dents at all. Complete inner fenders with everything drilled out for under hood accessories and just reuse the factory latches. Bolts up just like factory. $250. Located in Athens AL and could meet around...
