You should probably change the transmission fluid before you go. It got up to like 300F after the epoxy that was holding the fan motor to the shroud let go. :awesomework:

Just because they're not parallel with the ground doesn't mean they're "flexed". The bushing itself is normalized, doesn't have any forces (bind) in it when the truck is sitting still and square.

Is there any room to brace the lowers back to the frame? Or does the 205 become permanently installed at that point?

Is the new pan gasket one of the reinforced one-piece gaskets? Ford sells them, all one piece with metal reinforcement in the side rails.... very nice.
