Fresh air is key. I run a 38' x 16" CBR with 2 16" Spal fans down low behind seats. Basically no fresh air. Around 540hp. If I push it hard for a long time I will get some temp creep. But I also just found a relay that was not turning my fans on correctly I believe, so that could be part of it.

Ever figure this out?

Re: rear radiator electric fan success stories? When you open your radiator cap after it cools is it full? I have been dealing with similar issues in mine. I believe it might be because it's mounted a little lower than my motor. Mine is a 38"x16" CBR with duel 16" Spal fans. Rear mounted also.

JD I did the vapor barrier you are talking about on the roof and down the sides. 30' X 48" X 14" with a wood stove you can run yourself out it in no time. Also went with 12' insulated doors. I live in Western Washington so a little different weather. Another must in my opinion is 2' overhangs on...

X2 on the cherry picker. Also curios about the bead breaker tool though. Seems lighter and more portable if it works worth a ****.

Off topic but does that pump create more noise than any other pump? Do you use the fancy external pressure relief?
