I've taught all 3 of my god kids on 70cc quads, first started riding when they were 4yo. get him a good used 90 you can always use the throttle limiter if you feel it's to fast or unsafe.

I use a marine cover on the stereos in our sand cars, trucks, and golf carts. never had an issue. though we're switching over to stereos that use Ipod ports so I can actually listen to the stereo at high speed and don't have to worry about skipping

just keep in mind that if your rig is a dd, these tires have a bad habit of flatspotting in cold weather, after a few miles they round out again, but just something to keep in mind. as for the wheeling part, I ran them in our 7s truck a few seasons ago and they worked well, not to sure how they...
