The best tuner wil probably be the first kid you can find that plays phone games. If anyone is interested in winning some real cash on this game stay tuned and learn how to also video record your races.

Some of them are tough to beat. I've managed to beat all of the new world 5 with Screamin Blue. Shock and Spring tuning is key also.
