i had a club cab 02 dakota 4x4 with a 4.7 and a 5 speed. it really took a beating... took it well. 4.7's dont get shiatttt for mileage though!

you can just bolt it in. you may have to trim some of your floorboard though... your going to have to cut some out for your back case anyways....
