    it all depends on the calc and pipe size and derating of wire maybe a little more info would help how long is the run and what you are doing? :beer: and 50 amp you can get away at # 8 thhhn if its not a long distance or draw under 50 amps

    Thanks for the input guys, I already bought it so will see when the esad goes goes bad. I've used torches plenty of times and I'm already glad I bought it.

    It wouldn't get used everyday just here and there or just some random use, I really don't need a 3&1 machine I've got got a 240vlt mig and I don't plan to tig I talked with her brother he said it been used maybey 8 hrs. I could get it for about 800 it's in mint condition.

My girlfreinds brother has a guy at his work that is selling it, it has about 10 hours on it, my one buddy says they are expensive and consumables and parts are hard to get and says to just buy a hypertherm 45 becuase thats all...

    my girlfriends 70 cougar has the same setup 351c with headers and the same mufflers, the only thing different is there's no x pipe just duals and it sound awesome.

    4.3 or 302

    I would keep it chevy if you can, when I first put the 327 in my s10 I thought it would have some decent power it was more of a turd, I swapped in a 454 and a sm 465 I wish it was the first thing I did.
