If you buy a flat pitman arm you can mount the box verticle which moves the bottom of the steering box two or three inches forward with out clearance issues with the core support but it does take a little fab work nothing too difficult though.

Has anyone adapted a FORWARD shift gear drive case to a Toy v6 Tranny. I have put a top shift on this transmission so I know you need the adapter and a 23 spline input. Other than that does everything work the same or can it be done at all?
