This is a touch late but we machined my 6 shooter knuckles and pressed the 25mm pins on. I am pretty pleased with how they turned out and is a pretty sweet set up. I am not the biggest fan of Trail gear **** either but I do like a few of there products.

I broke a #40 drill and a 1/2 inch 4 flute 45

I'm not a big fan of those designs, seems as like they would hang out there a ways. Closer to tube the better. Going around the shape of the tube is more ideal than hanging out. Like side by side the other way than the way you have it :redneck:

Like everybody else has said, go slow and use some pressure. It's not the drill bits your using.... It's how your using them.

Agreed. But I did break one set... hi pinion, 4:10's cranked in reverse with 39" red labels. It was one of those points where something was bound to give but you do it anyways :redneck: (and not just for a yota axle) Current build I'll be trying out some 4:38's :awesomework:
