The lower links only need to be Bunks and the weight increase is well below your center of gravity where you want it. The upper links can be 0.120 wall DOM as they aren't subjected to bending only tension and compression loads. Bunk has developed a very over designed link but trust me you can...

We had a great time. The new lines on MT are great additions to an already challenging trail. Johnny shot a whole bunch of video on my camera so in a few days I'll post something up. He got some cool shots of everyone going up the new line on Dead bird hill. :awesomework:
