thats funny when i started at the shop i currently work at, pvc was used though out the shop.
the problem we had was the fitting coming for the compressor kept expoding out(fixed it three times in one week) once one of the elbows just popped out
the ownerfinally replace all the pvc with black...
dull?
it seems that everybody is complaining about their reamers getting dull.
does anybody use any sort of cutting fluid or oil?
how fast are you running the reamer?
because reamers are normally run at a 1/3(or less) the speed of a similar sized drill
there is also a lot of tool contact so...
