eh.. possible... when you say TBI your refering to eariler than vortec...? as this is designed to mount to the a Vortec motor, ( intake, ecm, etc...) not just the heads... and it being a 4.3.... unless its build to hold that much psi... think it would be too much for the 4.3... and...- whipplecharged
