Is 686 and Woodpecker the same trail? If not, where is woodpecker? Has anyone run Clover springs(697) and Mud springs (696)? TIA

I am not sure what you are looking for? There is a great hike at the end of the road (Heliotrope Ridge) If it is wheeling, don't bother. There is nothing that a Eddie Bauer subaru can't do, plus it would be illegal. I have thought about a snow run up that road but deemed it too dangerous...
