I've got a decent set up TJ with way to much money in built jeep axles and drivetrain on 35's that I take out whenever I can but I've been three times so far this year.
I've also got a high pinion 60 and a 14 bolt sitting in the corner of the shop waiting for a home, my jeep is still to nice...
99 Chevy 2500 crew cab with a 350 vortec, gets about 9mpg dragging my jeep on an 18 foot all steel car hauler. Building a 26 foot gooseneck with a slide in on it now we'll see how it handles that.
It's most likely a 360 not a 390 unless someone swapped it they never put a 390 in a highboy stock, all FE blocks magically become 390's when for sale.
The front is most likely a closed knuckle 44, the rear is a 60. Fronts are worth anything unless someone needs parts for an old truck as a lot...
I've been into machining since I was 15, I'll be 27 this year. Personally it pays decent but I'd like to get more like everyone, I'm making $17 hourly on second shift running a mix of cnc and conventional mills. Been with this company 4 years total but only back for 2 since I was laid off in...
He did run the trailworthy hero case, one of the crewmembers reported on facebook it was the only thing to perform flawlessly in the car the entire time they were in the race. I believe a transmission led to a DNF for them
Disney is a very small town, the cabins alot of folks stayed at shutdown last year and I don't know they ever re opened. The camping is pretty hard to come by and reservations are already booked up for the state parks you can reserve at. Vinita like mentioned is not to far of a drive and Langley...
You can get ahold of Russ Hogan who runs the campground and he will come tow you back in for a fee. I am not sure how much it costs honestly, a friend had to get his yj towed back with it after ripping two link mounts off of the front and he gave Russ $100 for doing it. Pretty cheap really for...
Here is the only other picture I could find of it right now and I stole it from google. It is a ranger cab on a cut down duece and half chassis with a 460 4 speed in it. Believe they are 53 inch michelin's all the way around and a 30k lb pto winch on the back along with the...
If you just get a regular enclosed they are pretty hard to keep hot/cold without lots of insulation. Used a good friends 28 footer with a brand new 220 roof top ac unit ( can't tell you btu on it) and during the summer days it just can't keep it cool but at night time you will freeze in it...
Axles say $400 a piece rough estimate, rear radius rods $300 or so, shocks probably close to $1k for brand new. I would say that you could do it for $1500 IF you got deals on used parts closer to $2k maybe $2500 brand new parts.
