Mounting a 203/205 transfercase

I build a buggy with a small block 400, tubro 400 tranny, 203/205 transfer case with ORD adapter and tripple stick. I took it out for it's first run this weekend and at the end of and awsome day, I noticed my turbo 400 was broke completely around where it bolts up to my 203.

I had some urathane washers for cushioning, however, it was not enough movement and the torque found the weak spot. Is anyone running this 203/205 setup? and can you possibly show a pic of how you set it up??

It's tore apart now but I will go through my pics and see what I can find.

i have 2 x-members under mine...1 for the 203 and 1 for the 205...than one more mount off the side of the 205 goin to the frame...all usin poly bushings... brent(TMF FAB) has broken his t-4oo 2 times i think with the doubler...may pm him for a fix...
