How many leafs do you have?
Any block?
Length of shackle?

The Runner that I just bought has 63's in the back with 3 leafs, and a 4" block... is this typical?

thats the same way mine was but the front springs settled and i took the 3" blocks out and replaced it with a full lenght add-a-leaf...

No block, No lift front hanger and the double rear shackle worked well for me..

Stock three leaf pack with an add a leaf and no block........moved the shackle hanger back 3 inches and used a toyota lift shackle spread to fit the wider spring.

I ran mine with 3 leaves plus the overload cut down to 10" in front and 6" in back of the perch to control axle wrap. The rear shackle mount was spaced down and moved back, and a single stock length rear shackle was used. the Front spring hanger was as close to frame as possible to lesson the likely hood of sticking on a rock.

This is a good thread. I'm getting ready to do this on a buddies rig. Only thing missing is what your running up front to make it level. We're planning on running the stock rears up front with a 5.5 c/l shackle.

Well, the Runner that I just bought has 63's in the rear with a 4" block, and the front has rears with and additional couple leafs added, and it is running 35" XTerrains and sits level

Ok being new i have few questions your putting stock rear toyota springs up front and 63" long chevy springs in back. do you have to move the front spring mounts. how about in the rear also and what year chevy springs

Back on topic, I have the 63" springs on my 1992 Toyota with no block, 2 main leaves plus the overload. I'm using the Sky-Manufacturing swap kit which I believe came with 6" shackles... I've got about 4" or so of lift.
