Mud Bog and Tuff Truck August 16 - 17, 2008

Is there going to be anything after this event Steve? I was planning on this one, but, naturally the only other thing I had going on in August fell on the same weekend.... and it has priority :(

September 28 Mud drag in Mcleary

WOW is trying to put together a Mud bog for Sept 7, in Ethel. if we can get insurance that will give you another chance

We are also working on a location in the Puyallup area for possible Hill Races, Tuff trucks and Rock Crawl.

Puyallup would be better. 1-hour instead of 2.

So just mud races so far? Tuff Truck would be more my cup of tea... But hey, it all takes time.

Keep us informed of new happenings!

Puyallup would be Fantastic if we can make it happen. We are keeping the location secret utill we get everything worked out. If we get it, the Hill races will be way cool, or should i say " way freaken cool"

I have got a couple emails asking about noise limitations in Ethel. There are no noise limitations in Ethel. You can run open headers if you want

There are new updates for this event at this link
http://mudslingers4x4.com/id123.html

Also we added another class to the MUD BOGS the 35" and under clas will have a 4/6 cyl class and a v8 class for that tire size.

Also we have a new Sponsor: FAT MANS TOWING and they are sponsoring the Trophys. They are going to be alot bigger this time around.:cheer:

This will be our last Mud bog and our last Tuff truck event this year. We hope to see all of you out there having fun.

We will also have free Monster truck rides.

Bring your RC. We will have a free compition Sat Evening

And a pot luck on Sat Night. The Dog Pound is cooking the Spagetti and if we are lucky Tim will bring some Steamer clams, bring a dish if you can and if you cant then bring your self, there will be plenty of food.

WE DO NOT DO PRE - REGERSTRATIONS. NO ONE WILL BE TURNED AWAY. YOU BRING IT AND WE WILL LET YOU RUN IT.

Last event we had so many trucks and drivers for the mud bog that it was a real long day so if that happens again we may have part of the mud bog on saturday.

Also there will be a much better cleaning system with having the new water line in. No more pressure washers. Instead we will have huge fire hoses :cheer: :cheer: :cheer: :cheer: :cheer:

We are still working on water line but it should be in by the event.
Come down early if you want, I will be there from Aug 13 - 19

Is the mud bog for trophy only or is there cash involved? My brother is talking about bringing a super mod/ unlimited tractor tire rig,but that is along way to go for plastic.

Trophys and fun, no cash prizes. Last time a guy in a Suburban with tractor tires was the fastest.

Sorry plastic only. We are still investing a good potion of the profits to improve the facility so we have a nice place to continue to enjoy. Sometimes people bring some insane stuff, I have seen alot of it. We just aim to have a great time.

Today is wensday and I am heading down to the pits. I will try to make it back up for the WOW meeting. If not then have a great time. If you have any questions on the event then call my wife at 253 537 3755. I will not have cell service and she does not do much on the computer... Looks like great weather theis weekend:cheer:
