high cut fenders

I will be reworking my rear fenders a little higher towards the top of the tub. Also will be putting stock sized shackles with stock YJ springs to lower it down a lot. That oughta take out alot of the empty space. Oh, and I'll be putting 36's under it.

The top of the fender will be 5" up into my hood. By the time my fenders are done, and my suspension is dropped back down, I should be able to clear 36's without any issues.

I think I would go with something like this.

How about something like this..........
(sorry Joop)only kiddin

That wasn't the finish product. :flipoff: (I know your joking)

But I know a lot of people didn't like my design and they ALL said it would be a tree catcher. But guess what?? There is no way in hell they will catch any trees. They won't roll in on a roll over or flop, been there done that.

I still have some cleaning up I want to do on them, like grind off the end piece and mold it into the piece that connects to the rad hoop.

You can flame them all you want, but the fact is they do exactly what I wanted them to do. I can easily fit 40" tires in there, probably 44" if I wanted. AND..... They cost less than a $100 to make out of 1.5" .120 DOM.

This is with 36" Iroks.
