100% another BFR chassis. I am still very very happy with the way the buggy performs.
But after 3 years of riding, I have refined what I want in a rig.

Basically I want a lighter version of this car.

Besides and aluminum block motor (assuming you stay v8) and fabricated 9" based axles, where else would you save weight?

On the tires topic, which tire would be lighter while still giving traction and toughness (so you can occasionally do race car stuff into trees at speed)?

Brakes would be a big one too, I was throwing that in with the high zoot axles

Right now it's got DOM slugged with AL for the trailing arms, 2.5AL for the links. Going HT chromo.

Single shocks, yeah.

I think they would suck in anything remotely wet/muddy. Hit it on a dry as a bone day and I'm sure you'd love them but that's not the world we live in here in the SE.

The set I had I could look at them hard and cut the side wall......

I am just a leaf looker. I can't imagine what someone who wheels hard would do to them.
