I've noticed that a lot here lately too. I will say there have been some great deals on here recently too. To bad I don't have tonyb or pholman money....

I'm certainly a lurker. I don't find things that are worth me contributing so I usually don't post... I would bet there are a bunch of people like me out there.

Trust me, any smartass remark will do. Come to think of it, I bet a solid 50% or more of the comments made, are pure smartassness at it's finest.

I don't post a lot, I mainly read .... there's a few reasons . I read a lot which in turn usually means I learn a lot. Also, y'all are a forum of mostly men and I don't want anyone to change the way they post or act because I'm female, everyone should be real and act themselves , hence why I think my husband and I are absolutely best friends . I only participate when I feel like I have something to add to the conversation. I do have something to add to this one ...
I think a lot of" just classified" ads also stems from situations from the work place when the co worker walks by while HL member is lurking on HL and co worker says hey what's that and HL member starts showing things and it escalates from there , then co worker has something for sale ... surely y'all get my point. That's my .2

His ads do have a very spam-ish look to them, but if he was posting $400 Dana 60s and $1200 Cummins trucks no one would bitch!

I'm guilty of posting multiple Sale threads at a time, and bumping them all at the same time too, so i have a hard time bitching
