toyota rock sliders?

so i've been looking into these for awhile. are the hrew ones, that the majority of the companies sell, strong enough. or should i go with dom ones? i think it was 4x4 innovations that sold the dom ones...

also, i have a standard cab long bed, with the bed removed and the rear axle moved about 3 to 4 inches forward. should i just get the standard cab sliders? or should i go with the xcab/longbed sliders?

regular cab sliders should be around 60" and should be perfect for your rig without the box.

The HREW does dent pretty easy. I stopped using the 1.75" hrew for making them and started using a 1.9" .125" wall hrew handrail tube (not pipe) and they hold up alot better.

These are the ones I make, similar to allpro's. I like the bump outs, helps with pivoting around trees

Sorry I made a whole batch of them but just sold the last and don't plan on making anymore for bit to busy with work.

I was selling them for $250 canadian which would be around $225 US.

I got mine from "Badland Bumpers" locally, drove the rig down to the shop and he welded them on for me right there.

I made mine out of 1.5X.120 HREW and they have not dented yet but they do have deep scratches from the rocks.

Demello makes sliders and he is in SoCal.

i just bought trail gears $135. they are nice.ditching my :rb: square tube sliders.

I've seen alot of dented HREW sliders out there. I would spend the money on DOM or just plan on replacing them every couple of seasons. Or you could go sch. 80 pipe and not have to worry about it

DOM is much stronger than HREW, imo do it right the first time, go with DOM. though i managed to dent my DOM the first trip out:eeek: if you want to have some made shoot me a pm.

well, today i lifted my truck on one of the hoists at work from the TG sliders. they barely budged. i think they are pretty strong.
