On my new motor water pump was drilled and tapped barb fitting installed steam port was routed there. Every hose connection (vacuum lines) where capped pvc was removed from valve covers and just ran a bypass line down below engine 3 lines total one off of each valve cover, and then one off vally...

Exactly that all u gotta do or can put new hose on and run steam port back up to intake . It really is this simple just flip and go it don't care which way it's on
