Ok yeah his truck will run great after you first accelerate. Just falls on it's face in 1st gear taking off.

Update: timing set to 8 degrees. Replaced PCV because it was clogged. Next is vacuum lines? There's a under good diagram, will be tracing those. Yes float is working with correct float level. I believe 0 degrees is correct, could be wrong though.
