Is this bellhousing for a SM465?

This is my custom motorcycle hauler. All that's left to do is weld on a lip to use a 2X4 or 2X6 ramp, drill the pin hole for the receiver, and paint it. What do you guys think?

I think it's the SM465 that you run behind a 350, right? It has somethin' like a 4.8 granny gear? Then you can bolt in a NP203 or NP205? Which spline do you need? Does it need to be a top loader?
